Diamond Power has received a fresh order win that strengthens its order book in the domestic infrastructure segment. The company has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Hild Projects Private Limited, an EPC contractor, for the supply of power cables valued at ₹66.18 crore, excluding GST.

According to the regulatory disclosure made under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the order has been awarded on a kilometre-rate basis with a price variation (PV) formula, a structure commonly used in large-scale EPC projects to manage raw material cost fluctuations. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions, with the company clearly stating that neither the promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company.

The execution of the order is scheduled over a six-month period, beginning January 1, 2026, and concluding on June 30, 2026. The scope of work involves the supply of power cables, supporting ongoing infrastructure and power-related projects being undertaken by the EPC contractor.
