United Drilling Tools Ltd (UDTL) announced that it has secured a significant international export order from Weafri Well Services Company, Nigeria, for the supply of Wireline Winches along with Power Pack units. The company disclosed the development through an exchange filing dated December 13, 2025.
According to the filing, the order has been placed in the ordinary course of business and falls under commercial international contracts. The equipment will be delivered within three months, as outlined in the terms of execution.
The estimated contract value is Rs 3,26,88,550 (Rs 3.26 crore), strengthening UDTL’s overseas order book and reinforcing its presence in African oilfield equipment markets.
The company also confirmed that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
United Drilling Tools, headquartered in Noida, is engaged in manufacturing specialised oil drilling equipment, serving both domestic and international clients.
