A host of companies will be on traders’ radar today as multiple stocks turn ex-dividend, ex-buyback, ex-rights and ex-bonus. Here are the major corporate actions scheduled for Friday, November 14, 2025:
Several companies including ASM Technologies, Birlasoft, D-Link India, Emami, Esab India, Garware Technical Fibres, GPT Healthcare, JM Financial, KDDL, Mafatlal Industries, NALCO, Nava, ONGC, Petronet LNG, Pricol, Safari Industries, Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients, and others will trade ex-dividend today. Dividend payouts range from Rs 0.45 per share (Saksoft) to Rs 90 per share (Bayer CropScience).
Buyback-related activity will also draw attention, with Infosys and GHCL trading ex-buyback. GHCL’s buyback price has been fixed at Rs 725 per share.
Shares of Sampre Nutritions and SMC Global Securities turn ex-bonus today, following their 1:1 bonus issue approvals. Sampre Nutritions will also undergo a stock split from Rs 10 to Rs 5 per share. Separately, Websol Energy System also turns ex-split as it moves from Rs 10 to Rs 1 face value.
Right-issue activity is set to keep Allcargo Terminals in focus, as it turns ex-rights today for its equity share issue.
Looking ahead to Monday, Adani Enterprises will turn ex-rights for its 3:25 equity rights issue, alongside Baid Finserv (1:4). A series of companies such as Balrampur Chini, EPL, HB Portfolio, Pearl Global and Surya Roshni will also turn ex-dividend on Monday.
