Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL), a subsidiary of Choice International Ltd. and a leading consulting firm, has secured prestigious project mandates worth around ₹140 crore (inclusive of GST). The projects span critical sectors such as housing, agriculture, MSME development, water resource management, and urban planning—further strengthening CCSPL’s role as a trusted partner for high-impact development initiatives in India.

Among the key assignments, CCSPL has been entrusted with a Slum Rehabilitation project in Mumbai under MHADA’s SRA framework. The firm, in joint venture with its partners, will provide end-to-end services including architectural planning, project management, construction supervision, and quality control for the redevelopment of Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Malwani, Malad West, over a 72-month period.

In Odisha, CCSPL will act as the System Integrator for PACS Computerization, digitizing 1,625 Primary Agricultural Credit Societies within 20 months. This initiative aims to boost efficiency, transparency, and farmer-centric service delivery in the state.

The consultancy has also been appointed for MSME strengthening under the RAMP program in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan. The 24-month engagement involves working closely with MSMEs, SHGs, and artisans to improve awareness of government schemes, enhance branding and marketing, and ensure quality standards. At the same time, CCSPL will assist state governments in framing more effective MSME policies based on ground-level insights.

Urban planning remains a key focus, with CCSPL winning a mandate for New Chandrapur City Development in Maharashtra. Over the next 84 months, the company will deliver urban strategy, feasibility studies, bid advisory, and quality control to support the city’s planned growth.

In Rajasthan, CCSPL has secured multiple large-scale water management and irrigation projects. These include preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Yamuna Water Transfer to Rajasthan’s arid districts, consultancy for the Indira Gandhi Nahar Project (IGNP) modernization under the Rajasthan Water Sector Restructuring Project, and several water resource rejuvenation projects covering river restoration, ecological sustainability of dams, and stormwater management in Bharatpur and Deeg.
