NBCC (India) Limited has announced a significant update regarding its earlier work order from the Lokpal of India. Initially disclosed in January 2024 with an approximate value of ₹25.38 crore, the scope of the project has now been revised due to technical reasons. As a result, a fresh agreement was signed between NBCC and Lokpal of India on August 1, 2025.
The new work order is valued at approximately ₹102.97 crore (excluding GST), nearly four times the original estimate. The scope includes repairing, retrofitting, and interior fit-out works, along with the complete upgradation of building infrastructure and services at Lokpal’s office located at 6, Vasant Kunj Institutional Area, Phase-II, New Delhi.
This project falls under NBCC’s core business activities of Project Management Consultancy and has been awarded by a domestic entity. The company confirmed that this order does not involve any related party transactions.
NBCC’s continued collaboration with high-profile government institutions such as the Lokpal of India reaffirms its strong position in the infrastructure and consultancy sector.
