NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded a significant Project Management Consultancy (PMC) contract worth approximately ₹296.53 crore (excluding GST) by the Meerut Development Authority (MDA), Uttar Pradesh.

The project involves the redevelopment of key infrastructure assets in Meerut under the supervision of the MDA. As part of this domestic assignment, NBCC will oversee and manage the execution of various developmental works, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

This contract further strengthens NBCC’s position as a trusted government partner in executing high-value urban development and infrastructure projects across India. With its proven track record in handling large-scale redevelopment initiatives, NBCC is expected to play a pivotal role in transforming Meerut’s urban landscape.

In the meantime, on June 17, the company secured a ₹172.46 crore contract from UCO Bank to build a modern, eco-friendly head office in New Town, Kolkata. The high-rise project will feature green building elements and aligns with NBCC’s focus on sustainable infrastructure.
