Siyaram Recycling Industries Limited has announced a significant export order from Al Qaryan International DMCC, Dubai, UAE, amounting to USD 606,000 (approx. ₹5.3 crore). The order involves the supply of 100 tons of brass billets for export to China, as per the company’s filing with the stock exchanges on March 12, 2025.
According to the disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, the order must be fulfilled within 45 days. The company clarified that the contract does not involve any related-party transactions, and there is no promoter or group company interest in the deal.
This latest order further strengthens Siyaram Recycling’s international business and reinforces its position in the metal recycling industry.
