Thomas Cook (India) Limited, a leading omnichannel travel services provider, has signed a 24-month Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Moscow Project Office for Tourism and Hospitality Development. The agreement, announced on January 31, 2025, aims to drive tourism from India to Moscow and foster long-term collaboration in the travel and hospitality sectors.

Evgeny Kozlov, First Deputy Head of the Moscow City Tourism Committee, added that the partnership aims to position Moscow as a key travel destination for Indian tourists and business delegations. He mentioned plans for a spring familiarization trip for Thomas Cook India clients.
Strategic focus:
The partnership intends to expand travel from India’s major metros and Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, leveraging Thomas Cook’s extensive network. The MOU will include initiatives to promote Moscow as a destination through trade shows, business events, and targeted marketing campaigns.
