Sterlite Technologies (STL) has recently informed exchanges that the company has integrated Nvidia Edge AI into its Fibre Optic Sensing (FOS) system, which boosts performance while lowering costs. The AI-FOS system increases performance, power and cost efficiency while monitoring network infrastructure and safeguarding assets. It uses AI algorithms to accurately locate faults and predict fibre cuts, lowering operations and maintenance costs.
