A 3 year old in Malvani, Mumbai survived a car accident while he was playing outside his house. On 11th September a four wheeler drove over the kid in the Malvani location which was later tracked through CCTV footage. The child is now discharged from the hospital.
A case has been registered on the driver who has been caught in the act under relevant sections and will be further heard in the court.
However, there has been no arrest made yet in the case and the local police is currently handling the case.
