NBCC (India) Ltd. has successfully sold a total unsold commercial inventory valued at ₹12.42 billion (Rs. 1242 Crores). This significant achievement comes as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its real estate assets effectively and generate revenue through strategic sales.
The company recently conducted a successful auction at the World Trade Centre in Nauroji Nagar, South Delhi, where it sold approximately 3.91 lakh square feet of commercial space for ₹1,557.51 crore. This sale marks the highest realization in a single auction since the launch of the World Trade Centre in 2017.
To date, NBCC has sold a total of 21.7 lakh square feet of commercial inventory through open e-auctions, amounting to ₹8,751.61 crore. The Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry has appointed NBCC as the implementing agency for the redevelopment of Nauroji Nagar, allowing the company to market the commercial space on a freehold basis.
