Defence major Hindustan Aeronautics today announced that it has signed a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) with regard to completion of LCA AF Mk-2 development. The company in an exchange filing today said that the value of the MoU is Rs 2,970 crore including a FE of Rs 285 crore.
“Company has signed an amendment to Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aeronautical Development Agency (ADA) w.r.t. completion of LCA AF Mk-2 development leading to operation clearance during Full Scale Engineering Development (FSED) Phase-3 of LCA AF Mk-2 program for a value of Rs.2970.00 Crores including FE of Rs.285.00 Crores,” said Hindustan Aeronautics.
