US President Joe Biden meets with Ukrainian ministers, praises for strong resistance

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov left Kyiv to meet with President Biden.

On Saturday, March 26, US President Joe Biden met with Ukrainian ministers in Warsaw, Poland. The president & the ministers held face to face talks over the Ukraine crisis.

The meeting took place at a hotel in Warsaw. Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov left Kyiv to meet with President Biden. Biden praised Ukrainians for showing backbone against Russia. He compared the resistance to the Tiananmen Square protest in China in 1989.

Biden also referred to Russian President Vladimir Putin as “a man who, quite frankly, I think is a war criminal.” Earlier Biden met with NATO, G7 & EU leaders. The president is in the final phase of the Poland visit. Biden lastly said that he wants to check on the devastation caused in Ukraine first hand.
