Fans enjoy its vibrant costumes, multiple love stories, and the way each season focuses on a new couple instead of stretching a single romance. The first three seasons gave us beautiful central love stories, and Season 4 will follow Benedict Bridgerton and Sophie Baek.
Netflix has now revealed the main couple for Season 5. Filming will start in March 2026, and the story will focus on Eloise Bridgerton and Sir Phillip Crane.
Eloise is the fifth Bridgerton child and second daughter. She’s known as a rebel who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. She challenges society’s expectations of women and inspires viewers with her independent spirit.
Sir Phillip Crane is quiet and responsible. He married his late brother George’s fiancée, Marina, to care for her and the unborn child. After Marina’s death, he became the guardian of her twins. He has spent much of his life shouldering duty and responsibility.
In the books, Eloise and Marina are distant cousins. After Marina dies, Eloise writes a condolence letter to Phillip. Their correspondence grows from polite letters to meaningful conversations, and they eventually fall in love. Phillip proposes to Eloise, completing their romance.
