Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu, one of the accused in the Republic Day violence case, died in a road accident today (15th Feb). The accident happened on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway that bypasses Delhi. As per sources, a white Mahindra Scorpio smashed on the rear of a trailer truck; the SUV’s driver side area is completely pushed in by the impact.
According to Police, Deep Sidhu was going from Delhi to Bhatinda in Punjab when the SUV in which he was travelling rammed a trailer truck around 9:30 pm. And then, Hospital authorities declared that he was brought dead.
Another side, Sidhu was arrested by the Delhi Police in February last year as he was connected to a tractor rally by farmers on Republic Day.
