In the recent development of Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case, the Enforcement Directorate is grilling people close to the late actor. Actress Rhea Chakraborty approached Supreme Court to transfer the case from Bihar to Mumbai after Sushant’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against her in Bihar. She was booked under IPC sections 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (theft in dwelling house), 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and 306 (abetment of suicide) and 120(B).
According to ANI, Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said, “As per law, Bihar Police ought to have registered a zero FIR & transfer the probe to Mumbai Police. Bihar Police has no jurisdiction in the case. Rhea will not submit to an illegal investigation”. He further added, “Comments at last SC hearing, make it evident that this has become more about politics than truth. Unwanted & irrelevant submissions are being made. Number of politicians taking advantage of the case on eve of elections in Bihar”.

In further disclosure, Rhea’s lawyer talked about her connection with Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray. He said that she has not spoken to him telephonically or otherwise and knows him as Shiv Sena leader.
Rhea does not know and has never met Aaditya Thackeray till today. Neither has she ever spoken to him telephonically or otherwise. Though she has heard of him as a leader of the Shiv Sena: #RheaChakraborty's lawyer
