Lata Mangeshkar once shared her views on ‘Marriage’: “There are some things only for the heart to know”

As confirmed, Lata Mangeshkar died on Sunday morning at the age of 92. This legendary always had her own views and thoughts for everything that works up in life. She wrote many inspiring quotes and motivated many people out there.

Likewise, she had once shared her opinion on marriage in an interview. The interview was held in 2013. As she did not get married in her entire life. So, the interview was on the same path asking her the reason for being unmarried. During the interview, when asked about what role love played in her life and who was the lucky man in her life, Lata Jii simply replied, “There are some things only for the heart to know. Let me keep it that way.”

Further, she shared her meaning for love, life, and marriage. She inspired every woman to kill the thought that a woman is incomplete without a man. She said, “People talk all sorts of things, so learn to ignore them. Else, it’ll be difficult to lead a happy life. Energies that are negative and depressing should be kept at bay. I have always done that.”

She also referred to an interview of Kiran Rao and says that “Bohut khoobsurat bola hai unhone (she has spoken beautifully). It’s important to first find happiness and a sense of fulfillment within yourself, else the dream of being fulfilled only through marriage or children loses its significance.”
