Xiaomi to launch Mi TV 5X on August 26: Details here

Xiaomi is all set to organize an event on August 26 wherein it had planned to launch the latest Smart TV and has prepping up for the launch.

The Mi TV 5X will act as a successor to the highly accepted and praised Mi TV 4X. The allocated microsite for the event has gone live and displayed a countdown that will last till the release of the latest model on August 26.

Narrow bezels and a metallic finish are being inscribed in the new TV, similar to the Google Assistant integration are built to better user experience. It will display far-field microphones that can catch invoices from a much distance away. The company also indicated an automatic ambient sensor that sets the brightness of the screen.

The company is also presenting Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision aid for a “cinematic viewing experience,” Xiaomi says that the 40W speakers on the device would be “Class-leading,” and will output rich sound. It is also manufacturing the TV model to be “future-ready,” with the details, however, none of them has been registered till now.

Till now, three products have already been sanctioned for launch at the Smarter Living Event – Mi Notebook, Mi Band 6 and Mi TV 5X.  However, remains anonymous whether there are going to be further variants of the devices at this time or not.
