Body
Tecno Phantom X2 has dimensions of 164.6 x 72.7 x 8.9 mm that weighs 203 grams. The phone is built with gorilla glass victus front and aluminum frame and back of plastic. It supports dual Nano-SIM.

Oppo A77s uses IPS LCD technology for display with 90 Hz refreshing rate and brightness ranging from 480 nits to 600 nits. The size is 6.56 inches with 84.2% screen-to-body ratio. The resolution is 720 x 1612 pixels.
Platform
Tecno Phantom X2 has operating system of Android 12. The chipset is Mediatek Dimensity 9000. The CPU is octa-core (1×3.05 GHz).
Oppo A77s supports operating Android 12. It has chipset of Qualcomm SM6225 Snapdragon 680 4G and CPU of octa-core (4×2.4 GHz).
Memory
Tecno Phantom X2 has internal storage of 256 GB with 8 GB RAM. The phone do not allow expanding the memory space.
Oppo A77s has internal storage of 128 GB and 8 GB RAM. The storage can also be expanded with an external chip as the phone provides dedicated slot for micro SDXC.
Camera
Tecno Phantom X2 has three main camera modules – 64 MP f/1.7 (wide), 13 MP f/2.2 (ultrawide), 2 MP – with features such as LED flash, panorama, and HDR. The video quality of 4K @ 30/60 frames per second (fps). The selfie camera is 32 MP f/2.5 (wide) with LED flash and video quality of 1080p @ 30 fps.
Oppo A77s has two main cameras – 50 MP f/1.8 (wide) and 2 MP f/2.4 (depth). It also has features such as LED flash, HDR, and panorama. The front camera is 8 MP f/2.0 (wide) with panorama feature. The video quality for both cameras is 1080 pixels @ 30 frames per second.
Battery
Tecno Phantom X2 has lithium polymer battery of 5160 mAh. The non-removable battery is expected to be 54% charged in 20 minutes and fully charged in an hour with 45W wired charging.
Oppo A77s has powerful lithium polymer battery of 5000 mAh. The non-removable battery can be fully charged in 69 minutes with 33W wired charging.
