The Samsung Galaxy M13 is equipped with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD Infinity-V display with FHD+ resolution. The phone is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 850 processor, which is known as the Exynos 850 CPU. The internal storage of the Galaxy M13 is 128 GB and it can be increased to a maximum of 1 TB with a microSD card. Moreover, it offers 6GB of RAM.

There is a 5,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging included with the Galaxy M13. The smartphone sports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor in addition to Samsung Knox. It also supports Dolby Atmos.
