Blinkit has launched Bistro, a new standalone app that delivers high-quality, canteen-style food in just 10 minutes. Currently live in select Gurugram locations, Bistro aims to redefine “outside of home” food consumption by making freshly prepared meals more accessible and convenient. Unlike typical processed or microwaved food, Bistro uses no preservatives or food processors. Instead, it focuses on cutting-edge R&D and innovative infrastructure to prepare delicious meals in under five minutes.
