Elon Musk has highlighted the rapid progress of Grok Imagine, an image-to-video artificial intelligence model developed within the xAI ecosystem, saying the technology is improving quickly.

Responding to a post on X, Musk wrote that “Grok Imagine gets better almost every day,” signalling continued development and refinement of the AI system.

The remark came after a post by entrepreneur Mario Nawfal, who claimed that Grok Imagine Video currently leads the Artificial Analysis Image-to-Video Arena leaderboard, citing a 1,336 ELO score for the model.

The benchmark compares the performance of various AI models designed to convert images into videos. According to the chart shared in the post, Grok Imagine appears positioned in the top performance quadrant, reflecting both strong output quality and processing throughput.

Musk’s comment effectively confirms ongoing improvements in the Grok Imagine model, which forms part of xAI’s broader efforts to develop generative AI capabilities across text, images and video.

Separately, Musk also reposted an image of a SpaceX Falcon 9 launch creating a “jellyfish” glow in the sky during a mission that deployed 29 Starlink satellites on March 4. The phenomenon occurs when rocket exhaust is illuminated by sunlight at high altitude, creating a distinctive glowing shape in the twilight sky.

The posts come as Musk continues to promote developments across both xAI’s artificial intelligence products and SpaceX’s satellite launch operations, two areas where the billionaire entrepreneur has been actively sharing updates on social media.
