Englan announced their squad for the T20I series against India that is scheduled to start after the Test series in Ahmedabad. The series will start on 12 March and will end on 20 March, after which the 3-match ODI series will also be played between India and England.
Eoin Morgan will lead the team against the hosts with the bowling attack like Jofra Archer, Tom Curran, Chris Jordan, and Adil Rashid. All-rounder Moeen Ali is also named in the squad along with one of England’s most successful all-rounder Ben Stokes. Johnny Bairstow and Jos Buttler retained their place in the squad.
The young brothers Tom and Sam Curran also picked by the selectors and players like Reece Topley and David Malan are picked to show their worth against India.
India-England Test series started from 5 February and the hosts lost their first match against the visitors by 224 -runs. The visitors get an astonishing win because of the double hundred of skipper Joe Root. England took a lead of 1-0 in the 4 matches Test series.
