Harbhajan Singh won’t be traveling with the Chennai Super Kings squad to Dubai on Friday citing concerns over his mother’s health.
Reports suggests he told the Franchise that his mother is unwell and will not be able to travel with the team to UAE this Friday, it is likely that the former Indian International spinner will miss two week of preparation and training with the team.
The IPL 2020 will commence from September 19 in UAE, the 40 year old spinner had skipped the five days training camp in the city along with all rounder Ravindra Jadega and pacer Shardul Thakur, the current camp is expected to end this Thursday before the team travels to UAE this Friday. The CSK Captain MS Dhoni was happy with the preparations in MA Chidambaram stadium for the upcoming IPL.
The (TNCA) had prepared two pitches- red soil and Clay pitches for the team and Dhoni, who recently announced his retirement from the International Cricket, All the CSK players have tested Negative for the Covid test which were conducted on Tuesday, this was the second round of tests held before the squads departure for UAE this Friday.
