New Zealand batsman Brandon McCullum scored the fastest century in Test in 2016 against Australia in Christchurch. He took 54 balls to hit the century and surpassed the previous record of fastest century off just 56 balls by Pakistan’s Misbah ul Haq and West Indies’ Sir Vivian Richards. Buzz, as he is called by his fans, took 78 minutes to score the century.
It was his final game. He bid goodbye to with the most scintillating knock where he smashed 21 fours and six sixes.
