In the month of February, a mega auction was conducted for this 15th season of IPL and the teams has filled up their squads and are ready to be on the pitch again for this new season of IPL.
One of the successful teams in the mega auction, PBKS who really picked some great names in their squad are also ready to see whether this can be the season where they lift their first IPL trophy. English batter Liam Livingstone who is a right handed opening batter was purchased by PBKS this season for 11.50 Crores. He was the most expensive buy of Punjab Kings in this season’s IPL. It will be interesting to see whether the English batter will get a chance in the starting 11 as PBKS regular opener KL Rahul has left the team and has been named the captain of the new franchise named Lucknow Super Giants. Liam is ready for the new challenge as he tweeted on the same on Monday.
