Oberoi Realty Limited on Monday reported a decline in both revenue and profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company’s revenue from operations for Q4FY25 stood at ₹1,150 crore, down 12% compared to ₹1,315 crore recorded in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, revenue also dropped from ₹1,411 crore reported in Q3FY25.
Net profit for the March quarter fell 45% year-on-year to ₹433 crore from ₹788 crore in Q4FY24. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, profit also declined from ₹618 crore posted in Q3FY25.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025:

Revenue from operations was ₹5,286 crore, compared to ₹4,496 crore in FY24, registering a growth of 18%.

Net profit for FY25 stood at ₹2,226 crore, up 16% from ₹1,927 crore in the previous year.
Oberoi Realty continues to maintain a significant presence in Mumbai’s real estate market, with projects across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality segments.
