According to a statement by the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences on Sunday, the former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Kalyan Singh was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the institute in Lucknow.
To attend the veteran Bharatiya Janata Party leader Kalyan Singh, a panel of experts coming from various medical departments such as neurology, cardiology, neuro-otology, and endocrinology has been formed, as per the statement. After his health deteriorated, he was being admitted to Lucknow’s Ram Manohar Institute on Saturday while he was unwell for the past two weeks.
As per the blood tests, his urea and creatinine levels were reported to be elevated while Kalyan Singh complained of body swelling according to the reports. Kalyan Singh was also the former governor of Rajasthan.
His blood pressure and heartbeats were found normal on his arrival but the level of consciousness was found to be a bit low and keeping his early ailments in mind he was been admitted to the ICU of the CCM, according to the most recent statement from the institute.
Uttar Pradesh Bhartiya Janata Party chief Swatantra Dev Singh along with Keshav Prasad Maurya, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had visited Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences on Sunday after hearing about the Bharatiya Janata Party leader’s deteriorating health and enquired about The well being of Kalyan Singh.
