KFin Technologies Limited on Monday announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025.
The company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹282.7 crore for Q4FY25, an increase of 24% compared to ₹228.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sequentially, revenue was slightly lower than ₹290 crore recorded in Q3FY25.
Net profit for the March quarter stood at ₹85.1 crore, up 14% from ₹74.5 crore reported in Q4FY24. On a sequential basis, profit declined from ₹90.2 crore in Q3FY25.
For the full year FY25, KFin Technologies posted a revenue of ₹1,090.8 crore, rising 30% from ₹837.5 crore in FY24. Net profit for the year increased 35% to ₹332.6 crore from ₹246 crore reported in the previous financial year.
Q4FY25 result:

Net profit for the quarter rose to ₹85.1 crore, showing a 14% growth compared to ₹74.5 crore in the same quarter last year.
For the full year FY25:
Revenue from operations increased to ₹1,090.8 crore from ₹837.5 crore in FY24, a 30% year-on-year rise.
Net profit for FY25 was ₹332.6 crore, compared to ₹246 crore in the previous financial year, reflecting a 35% jump.
