This new entity was officially incorporated on October 1, 2024, and will focus on exploring opportunities within the renewable power sector.
The establishment of CRPL aligns with CESC Limited’s strategic focus on expanding its renewable energy portfolio. The company has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1 lakh and will operate under the renewable power sector, enhancing CESC’s presence in sustainable energy solutions.
