While addressing a post-budget webinar, PM Narendra Modi said the education system was a victim of “rigidity’ earlier however the New Education Policy (NEP), 2020 will revamp the education system in India and orient Indian students according to International standards and set the stage for them in the future.
He went on to say, that, “The NEP has brought the flexibility and reoriented the education system according to the demands of the future,”
The PM also listed the various provisions in the Union Budget for 2023-24, outlining the roadmap for making India the skill capital of the world.
