Gold prices in India moved higher across all major purity levels on Monday, January 20, according to latest price data.
The price of 24-carat gold stood at Rs 14,728 per gram, registering an increase of Rs 104 compared with the previous session. On a larger denomination basis, 10 grams of 24-carat gold were priced at Rs 1,47,280, while 100 grams were quoted at Rs 14,72,800.
22-carat gold was priced at Rs 13,500 per gram, up Rs 95 from the previous day. The price for 10 grams of 22-carat gold rose to Rs 1,35,000, while 100 grams were quoted at Rs 13,50,000.
Meanwhile, 18-carat gold was priced at Rs 11,046 per gram, marking a rise of Rs 78 over the previous close. Ten grams of 18-carat gold were priced at Rs 1,10,460, while 100 grams were quoted at Rs 11,04,600.
The price data reflects day-on-day changes and does not include additional charges such as GST, TCS, or making charges, which may vary across locations and jewellers.
