Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 launched in India at Rs 2.99 lakh; Everything you need to know

The F77, an updated model of Ultraviolette’s electric motorbike, has been launched by the Bengaluru, India-based electric vehicle (EV) company. Interestingly, the latest version of F77 is now referred to as the F77 Mach 2. There are two versions of this new version available: the standard model and the Recon edition.

Despite retaining its original design, the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is now available in nine other colors: Lighting Blue, Asteroid Grey, Turbo Red, Afterburner Yellow, Stealth Grey, Cosmic Black, Plasma Red, Supersonic Silver and Stellar White. This electric motorbike now has F77  graphics on the front forks in a new colour scheme, and an aluminium charging port lid in place of the old plastic unit.

The standard model of the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 has a 27kW motor, while the Recon model has a 30kW motor. The Recon edition has a bigger 10.3kWh battery that offers an amazing 323km of range, compared to the standard model’s 7.1kWh battery that only allows for 211km.

The F77 Mach 2 has 41mm USD front forks and a preload-adjustable monoshock for a pleasant and stable ride. Single 320mm front and 230mm rear discs, along with 17-inch wheels with 110/70 front and 150/60 rear tyres, are in charge of providing braking power.

For the first 1,000 buyers, the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is priced at Rs. 2,99,000, while the Recon model costs Rs. 3,99,000 (both prices ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
