Shaitaan on Netflix
Starring in the supernatural thriller Shaitaan are R Madhavan, Jyotika, and Ajay Devgn. On March 8, the movie debuted in theatres, and on May 4, it will be accessible on Netflix. Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios distribute Shaitaan, which is produced by Ajay, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak. Manjummel Boys on Disney Hotstar
Chidambaram wrote and directed the survival thriller Malayalam movie. Producer Parava Films was behind it. Arun Kurian, Khalid Rahman, Chandu Salimkumar, Shebin Benson, Lal Jr., Abhiram Radhakrishnan, Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi S Poduval, and Vishnu Reghu are among the cast members. The movie, which is based on a true tale from 2006, centres on a group of friends who choose to vacation in Kodaikanal after leaving their little village of Manjummel, which is close to Kochi.
Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar on Netflix
Promising to be an epic tale of love, power, retribution, and liberty, the project is set against the backdrop of India’s freedom fight in the 1940s. On May 1, Heeramandi was released on Netflix. Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Adhyayan Suman, Adhyayan Sheikh, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badussha, and Fardeen Khan are among the cast members. Heeramandi is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first web series.
The Broken News Season 2 on ZEE5
The upcoming thriller series, Broken News, is helmed by Vinay Waikul and is written by Sambit Mishra. The reality of news reporting serves as the basis for the series. Sonali Bendre, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Shriya Pilgaonkar will all return for the upcoming season in the roles of Ameena Qureshi, Dipankar Sanyal, and Radha Bhargava, respectively. Starting on May 3, ZEE5 will offer the second season of Broken News.
The Idea of You – Amazon Prime
In this romantic comedy, Anne Hathaway plays a 40-year-old divorced mother who meets Hayes (Nicholas Galitzine), a young pop sensation, at Coachella and develops feelings for him. The movie is based on the same-titled novel by Robinne Lee, which was purportedly influenced by fan fiction written by Harry Styles. On May 2, The Idea of You was accessible on Prime Video.
The Veil on Disney + Hotstar
The online series premiered on Disney + Hotstar on April 30. The show will release new episodes every Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. The narrative centres on two women who play a lethal game of truth and deception. Elisabeth Moss, Yumna Marwan, Josh Charles, Dali Benssalah, Joana Biderio, and James Purefoy are among the cast members.
The Atypical Family-Netflix
On May 4, the 12-episode web series will debut on Netflix. Jang Ki Yong, Claudia Kim, Go Doo Shim, and Chun Woo Hee are among the cast members. “Once blessed with unique superpowers, a family loses their abilities due to modern-day problems — until a mysterious woman changes everything.”
