TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of the TVS King Kargo HD CNG, expanding its commercial mobility portfolio with a CNG-powered three-wheeler designed for demanding last-mile cargo operations. The rollout will begin in a phased manner across key markets including Delhi NCR, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. The vehicle is priced at an introductory ₹2,70,648 (ex-showroom, Delhi), inclusive of accessories worth ₹2,648.
The TVS King Kargo HD CNG is powered by a 301.1 cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 9.1 kW of power and 22.4 Nm of torque. The powertrain has been engineered to deliver consistent performance under heavy load conditions, making it suitable for urban and semi-urban cargo applications where reliability and efficiency are critical. The inclusion of a power gear improves gradability, mileage and ease of driving, especially in congested city environments.
In terms of utility, the vehicle offers a best-in-segment 6.6-foot load deck, enabling higher load-carrying capacity for small businesses and fleet operators. Driver comfort has also been prioritised with industry-first fully rolling windows, contributing to better in-cabin ventilation and reduced fatigue during long working hours. These features collectively aim to enhance operational efficiency while keeping running costs under control.
Built with durability in mind, the TVS King Kargo HD CNG comes equipped with a robust leaf spring suspension system suited for rough usage and uneven road conditions. It offers a top speed of 62 km/h, ground clearance of 235 mm and a turning radius of 3,420 mm, allowing for easy manoeuvrability in tight urban spaces. The vehicle is backed by a 3-year or 1.5 lakh km warranty, underlining the company’s focus on long-term reliability and customer confidence.
The after-sales ecosystem supporting the TVS King Kargo HD CNG includes more than 470 service touchpoints across authorised dealers, branches and service centres. This is complemented by three years of roadside assistance and a strong secondary support network for private garage mechanics, ensuring faster service turnaround and widespread accessibility across operating regions.
