Just five months after its launch on June 7, the sporty Altroz Racer is now available with discounts of up to ₹65,000. This includes a direct cash discount and an exchange or scrappage bonus, allowing buyers to own this performance-focused hatchback at a more attractive price point.
The Altroz Racer is available in three trims—R1, R2, and R3—all powered by a 120hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. A possible automatic variant, featuring Nexon’s 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, is under consideration.
Key features of the top-spec R3 variant include ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera, blind spot monitoring, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a powered sunroof.
The Altroz Racer competes directly with the Hyundai i20 N Line, priced between ₹10 lakh and ₹12.52 lakh (ex-showroom), which also offers discounts of up to ₹40,000.
