Royal Enfield, a global leader in mid-sized motorcycles, reported sales of 82,257 units in November 2024, achieving a 2% year-on-year growth compared to 80,251 units sold in November 2023.
Domestic and International Growth
The domestic market accounted for 72,236 units, reflecting a slight decline of 4% from 75,137 units last year. However, exports surged by an impressive 96%, with 10,021 units shipped compared to 5,114 in November 2023.
Year-to-date (YTD) figures also showcased positive momentum. Total sales reached 6,47,611 units, growing 4% from the previous year’s 6,21,672 units. Exports contributed significantly to this growth, rising 29% YTD.
Product Highlights
November was a milestone month for Royal Enfield with several high-profile launches. At EICMA 2024, the company unveiled the Flying Flea, its first electric motorcycle, signaling a bold step into the EV space. Additionally, the Classic 650 and Bear 650 were launched, further cementing Royal Enfield’s reputation for crafting iconic, purpose-driven machines.
During Motoverse 2024, Royal Enfield introduced the Goan Classic 350 and Scram 440, which received enthusiastic responses from riders across India.
