Royal Enfield expands its footprint with new CKD assembly facility in Thailand

Royal Enfield, a global leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment (250cc-750cc), has launched its new Completely Knocked Down (CKD) assembly facility in Samut Prakan, Bangkok, Thailand. This fully owned and operated plant marks a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

As the sixth CKD assembly unit worldwide, following Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Bangladesh, and Nepal, this new facility strengthens Royal Enfield’s commitment to Thailand and the broader Southeast Asian market. The plant will play a crucial role in increasing the production capacity, enabling the company to meet the growing demand for its iconic motorcycles in the region.
