There are many launches planned for August, most of them are in the luxury market Toyota is getting ready to introduce the Rumion MPV, which will be based on the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, and Tata Motors will add a CNG powerplant to the Punch. Mercedes-Benz will introduce the second generation of one of its best-selling SUVs in the luxury market, and Volvo and Audi will introduce two electrified SUVs. Here is a list of upcoming releases for August.a
- Tata Punch CNG
The Punch CNG was initially displayed by Tata Motors at the Auto Expo earlier this year. The Punch will be Tata’s second CNG vehicle to include its new twin-cylinder tanks and its fourth overall.
- Second-gen Mercedes-Benz GLC – August 9
The second-generation GLC SUV, which made its global premiere last year, will be introduced by Mercedes-Benz India. Both the GLC 300 petrol and GLC 220d diesel versions will be offered, and both will include Mercedes’ 4Matic all-wheel drive technology.
- Audi Q8 e-tron
A facelift of the Audi etron SUV, the Audi Q8 etron just made its premiere in India. The Q8 etron is still offered in SUV and coupe body types, and it now has a revised front fascia, back bumper, and lettering for “Audi” and “Q8 e-tron quattro” on the B-pillar SUV, the Audi Q8 etron just made its premiere in India.
