Mahindra XUV3XO launched at ₹7.49 lakhs; Everything you need to know

The basic MX1 edition of the Mahindra XUV 3XO has finally been released at a introductory cost of ₹7.49 lakh. A boost over the Mahindra XUV300, the new model marks a new journey for Mahindra.

As per Zigwheels, the Mahindra XUV 3XO now has a completely overhauled fascia, with a gloss black grille and new LED headlights with DRLs that are reminiscent of the XUV700.

The back is completely brand new, with the 3XO now sporting a new set of connected LED tail lights. The back bumper now houses the number plate housing, and the ‘XUV 3XO’ badging is solid.

The XUV 3XO features a sunroof with a panoramic view (segment-first), a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless phone charger for connected car technology and a 7-speaker Harman/Kardon sound system. Most importantly, it features Level-2 ADAS, which includes lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control and automated emergency braking.

Under the hood, you’ll find the 130PS 1.2-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol and 117PS 1.5-litre diesel engine option. The 1.2-liter turbo-petrol basic engine with 110PS has been discontinued. The T-GDI turbo-petrol engine now comes with an optional 6-speed torque converter in addition to the regular 6-speed manual transmission. Meanwhile, the diesel engine keeps its 6-speed AMT.
