This formidable machine inherits the performance-oriented powertrain of the Ioniq 5 N but receives a significant boost in output through software tuning. With an impressive increase of 37hp over its predecessor, the Ioniq 5 N TA Spec roars to life with a total of 687hp, solidifying its status as the most powerful iteration of the EV yet.

But the enhancements don’t stop there. Hyundai has fine-tuned the car’s speakers and integrated the N Active Sound+ system to provide enhanced driver feedback, deviating from the typical electric Pikes Peak race car sound profile. To tackle the rigorous demands of Pikes Peak, the vehicle undergoes a series of modifications including new shock absorbers, motorsport-spec brakes, 18-inch Yokohama ADVAN 005 slick tires, and a high-downforce aerodynamic package featuring a front splitter and a large rear wing, among other elements.

Safety remains a top priority, with the inclusion of a Recaro Pro Racer SPA Hans seat, Sabelt six-point Hans safety harness, a PPIHC specification roll cage, and an EV fire suppression system. Emblazoned in a special ‘N’ design livery, the Ioniq 5 N TA Spec exudes an aura of performance and style on the track.

Battery and Range Specifications
Equipped with the same 84kWh battery pack as its counterpart, the Ioniq 5 N TA Spec maintains its electric prowess. While specific range details for this model are yet to be disclosed, the regular Ioniq 5 N offers an impressive claimed range of up to 448km. With a blistering 0-100 kph time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 260kph, this electrifying powerhouse showcases Hyundai’s commitment to performance and innovation.

As Hyundai continues to push boundaries in the electric vehicle landscape, enthusiasts eagerly anticipate the arrival of the Ioniq 5 N TA Spec on the racing circuit, where it is poised to leave a lasting impression with its unmatched performance and cutting-edge technology.
