Honda opens bookings for electric scooters Activa e: and QC1; Check details

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has opened bookings for its electric scooters, the Activa e: and QC1, marking a key step towards sustainable mobility. Bookings for the Activa e: are available at select dealerships in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai, while the QC1 can be booked in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh, with a nominal booking fee of Rs. 1,000. Deliveries are set to begin in February 2025, with pricing details expected at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.

The Activa e: features swappable battery technology, powered by two 1.5 kWh batteries, offering a 102 km range. It includes a 7.0-inch TFT display, smart connectivity via the Honda RoadSync Duo® app, and a 3-year/50,000 km warranty.

The QC1, designed for urban commuters, has a 1.5 kWh fixed battery offering an 80 km range. It charges to 80% in 4.5 hours and features a 1.8 kW in-wheel motor, reaching speeds of 50 km/h. The scooter includes a 5.0-inch LCD display, USB Type-C outlet, and 26-litre under-seat storage.
