Honda increases prices of City sedan and Elevate SUV in January; Check out new prices

Honda Cars India has raised the prices of its popular models, the City sedan and Elevate SUV, by Rs 20,000 across select variants. This price hike has affected both petrol and hybrid versions of the Honda City, as well as the automatic variants of the Honda Elevate SUV.

As per Autocar India, the price increase for the Honda City spans across all variants, with the entry-level City SV MT now priced at Rs 12.28 lakh, up from Rs 12.08 lakh. The City ZX CVT, a top-spec variant, now costs Rs 16.55 lakh, an increase of Rs 20,000. The City strong hybrid petrol is priced at Rs 20.75 lakh, reflecting the price hike. The City continues to compete with rivals like the Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus, and Skoda Slavia.

Honda Elevate Price Hike

The Honda Elevate SUV has seen a price rise only on the automatic variants. The Elevate V CVT now costs Rs 13.91 lakh, while the Elevate VX CVT and Elevate ZX CVT are priced at Rs 15.30 lakh and Rs 16.63 lakh, respectively. The Honda Elevate competes in the highly competitive SUV segment, with rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Toyota Hyryder.
