Bajaj Auto Limited reported total sales of 4,48,259 units in February 2026, marking a 27% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to 3,52,071 units in February 2025. Growth was recorded across both two-wheelers and commercial vehicles, with exports showing particularly strong momentum.
February 2026 Sales Breakdown
In the two-wheeler segment, total sales stood at 3,79,921 units in February 2026, up 27% from 2,99,418 units in the same month last year. Domestic two-wheeler sales rose 27% to 1,86,164 units from 1,46,138 units. Exports increased 26% to 1,93,757 units compared to 1,53,280 units in February 2025.
Commercial vehicle sales also recorded growth. Total CV sales came in at 68,338 units, up 30% from 52,653 units a year ago. Domestic commercial vehicle sales rose 25% to 46,417 units from 37,277 units. Export volumes grew 43% to 21,921 units, compared to 15,376 units in February 2025.
Overall domestic sales (two-wheelers + commercial vehicles) stood at 2,32,581 units, reflecting a 27% increase from 1,83,415 units last year. Total exports rose 28% to 2,15,678 units from 1,68,656 units. Combined total sales for February 2026 reached 4,48,259 units, up 27% YoY.
Year-to-Date (April–February) Performance
For the April–February FY2026 period, total sales reached 46,72,290 units, compared to 42,81,143 units in the corresponding period of FY2025, registering 9% growth.
Two-wheeler sales for April–February 2026 stood at 39,36,377 units, up 7% from 36,66,577 units last year. Domestic two-wheeler sales were largely flat at 21,28,019 units versus 21,24,590 units in the previous year. Exports grew 17% to 18,08,358 units from 15,41,987 units.
Commercial vehicle sales during the period increased 20% to 7,35,913 units, compared to 6,14,566 units in April–February FY2025. Domestic CV sales rose 7% to 4,73,175 units from 4,41,621 units. Export volumes recorded a 52% increase to 2,62,738 units from 1,72,945 units.
On a combined basis, total domestic sales for April–February 2026 stood at 26,01,194 units, up 1% from 25,66,211 units last year. Exports rose 21% to 20,71,096 units, compared to 17,14,932 units in the corresponding period. Overall total sales increased 9% year-on-year to 46,72,290 units.
