Karan Adani, son of Indian billionaire Gautam Adani, has assumed the position of Managing Director at Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), succeeding his father. Previously serving as the company’s CEO, Karan now takes on the leadership mantle at one of India’s prominent port operators.

With a degree in Economics from Purdue University in the United States, Karan embarked on his career with the Adani Group in 2009, starting at Mundra Port. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the conglomerate.
