‘Sattebazi ki Sarkar’: Amit Shah attacks CM Bhupesh Baghel in Saja, Chhattisgarh

Chhattisgarh is going to witness the second phase of polling on November 17, following which BJP conducted its rally addressing the public in Saja, Chhattisgarh. The meeting was presided by union Home minister Amit Shah, where being confident of BJP’s win in the state.

While addressing the rally, Amit Shah said: “The first phase of elections in Chhattisgarh has ended. In the first phase, Bhupesh Kaka has been cleared. The first phase of voting has decided that BJP government is going to be formed in Chhattisgarh.”

Mocking on Congress government, Shah added, “Just today a journalist told me that the bookies are also now saying that this bookie government is leaving Chhattisgarh.”

Lamenting over the loss of Ishwar Sahu’s son, “Our brother Ishwar Sahu is not just a candidate, but he is a symbol of the fight for justice. During the tenure of Bhupesh Kaka’s government, communal elements had killed Bhuvaneshwar, son of Bhai Ishwar Sahu. Bhupesh Baghel’s government tried to give them money and jobs. But even in such poverty, he rejected all that and said that he only wants justice,” said Amit Shah, demanding justice.

Further he said, “The BJP government will selectively put in jail every person who murdered Bhuvaneshwar Sahu. During the rule of Bhupesh Kakka, Bemetra became a center of Love Jihad. The daughters of Sahu community, Lodhi community and Gond community are their target, but Bhupesh Sarkar is sleeping like Kumbhakarna. Only you and your vote can awaken them.”

He also lashed out Congress for ruining Durg division. “Bhupesh Kakka’s government has ruined Durg division. During the Raman Singh government, this division remained the centre of education, youth from all over Chhattisgarh used to come here to get education. But Bhupesh Kakka’s government turned this centre of education into a centre of betting,” said Shah.

Shah consoling people of Chhattisgarh said “Don’t worry. BJP government is going to be formed here on 3rd December. Modi ji has guaranteed you that the BJP government will do the work of transparent recruitment for 1 lakh government posts simultaneously. This guarantee will remain intact. We have decided that the BJP government will do the work of providing gas cylinders for Rs 500 to every mother of Chhattisgarh for 5 years. Here, the BJP government will give every married woman Rs 12,000 every year through cheque. My request to all the Mahatari is that BJP workers are getting the form filled for this scheme, you should fill the form and get yourself registered.”

The 2023 Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held in two terms on 7th November and 17th November 2023 to elect all 90 members of the state’s Legislative Assembly.
