With elections already served on plates, Congress’s leader Rahul Gandhi is yet to address the public in Rajasthan. The poll-bound Rajasthan is due in 14 days to host the elections but till now Rahul Gandhi didn’t appear in Rajasthan whereas he is addressing multiple rallies in other poll-bound States i.e. Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana and Mizoram.
His absence in the state is becoming a reason for gossiping to many people. However, party leaders are saying that Rahul Gandhi will address the public after Diwali, since they are focusing on other states. This is raising serious questions over his confidence to win the elections in the State. The Congress’s state in-charge, Sukjinder Singh Randhawa, mentioned that since the elections in other states are prior to Rajasthan, that’s why Rahul Gandhi was busy addressing the people of the other states. He also said that all the top three, Kharge, Priyanka, and Rahul, will campaign in the state between 14 and 23.
Till now four rallies have been held in Rajasthan, in which two were presided by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and rest of the two were by Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.

Also, Rahul Gandhi’s words in an event held in Delhi (quoted by The Indian Express) “Right now, we are probably winning in Telangana, we are certainly winning Madhya Pradesh, we are certainly winning Chhattisgarh. Rajasthan, we are very close, and we think we will be able to win,” show’s his confidence of winning the elections.
