Indian National Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge addressed a public rally in Jodhpur in poll-bound Rajasthan. Kharge launched attacks on BJP government and appealed for the vote.
“Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru ji opened big factories, which provided jobs to lakhs of people. But Modi government is snatching away all the jobs one by one and giving the remaining ones to Adani. BJP has brought ED, CBI, IT in place of big companies in the country, which promote Modi government by making false allegations against the opposition,” said Kharge attacking Adani-Modi relationship.

Kharge also listed out the several works done for the people of Rajasthan, “Gave the right to health to the people – Opened inflation relief camps – Gave 100 units of electricity free – Restored the old pension scheme – Gave LPG cylinder for Rs 500 – Gave nutritious food to the people in Indira Rasoi. Let Modi ji know about all these schemes of Rajasthan,” said Kharge.
Reminding PM Modi of his promises, Kharge said: “Narendra Modi had promised- I will run the bullet train. I will double the income of farmers. Neither the bullet train ran nor the income of the farmers doubled. Therefore, do not fall into the trap of BJP, Congress has to be brought back to Rajasthan.” He added “Modi ji had said in 2014 – If our government comes, Rs 15 lakh each will be sent to everyone’s account, 2 crore jobs will be created every year. But he did not give anything, PM Modi only lies.”
2023 Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held on 17 November 2023 to elect all 230 members of the state’s Legislative Assembly followed with counting on December 3.
