
On Wednesday, as Uttar Pradesh assembly elections are going to be held next year, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has been announced the in-charge of Uttar Pradesh by BJP whereas the party’s election preparation in Uttarakhand will be seen by Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi.
Punjab has been assigned to Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Shekhawat, where the BJP is being rigorously criticized for the new farm law. In charge of Manipur is given to the Environment, Forests, and Climate Change Minister Bhupender Yadav. The BJP could be seen in power in all the above-mentioned states except Punjab, where NDA has been quitted by Shiromani Akali Dal over the new farm law.
It is estimated that in Uttar Pradesh BJP will return to power in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Union Ministers Anurag Singh Thakur, Arjun Ram Meghwal, Sobha Karandlaje, Annapoorna Devi, former Haryana state minister Capt Abhimanyu, senior party leader, and Rajya Sabha MP Saroj Pande, and Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Thakur will help Pradhan.
Co-in charge of Uttarakhand will be Lok Sabha MP Locket Chatterjee and party spokesperson R P Singh. As BJP has recently changed the CM of Uttarakhand by appointing Pushkar Singh Dhami in place of Tirath Singh Rawat who was chief minister of the Uttarakhand for just four months, as given a hope to return to the power.
BJP’s campaign and election works which were being managed by Bhupender Yadav will be helped by Union Ministers Pratima Bhaumik and Assam Minister Ashok Singhal. Union Ministers Hardip Puri, Meenakshi Lekhi, and Lok Sabha MP Vinod Chawda will be giving a helping to Shekhawat for managing the election preparations in Punjab.
