‘First you bring 2% votes’: Rahul Gandhi attacks Amit Shah in Nampally, Telangana

“Amit Shah was saying that we will give OBC Chief Minister to Telangana. Hey brother! First you bring 2% votes,” said Rahul Gandhi.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said that if Narendra Modi has to be defeated in Delhi, then it is necessary to first defeat K Chandrashekhar Rao-led Bharatiya Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in Telangana. Addressing an election rally in Hyderabad, Rahul Gandhi alleged that BRS, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Asaduddin Owaisi-led AIMIM were working together and KCR had supported Modi government in the parliament.

“I have two goals. First goal – We have to eliminate hatred from the country of love. For this, first we have to defeat KCR here. Second goal – again to defeat Narendra Modi in Delhi,” said Rahul Gandhi.

“I fight the hatred in the heart of Narendra Modi ji. This is a battle of ideology, which my family has been fighting for years. There are 24 cases against me, but there is not a single case against Owaisi ji. ED, CBI, IT are always behind me, but which agency is behind Owaisi ji? Owaisi ji helps PM Modi, so he does not do anything to him,” added Rahul Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi also recalled Bharat Jodo Yatra while addressing the rally.

“This country is not a country of hatred but of love. That’s why we gave the slogan during the yatra – ‘We have to open a shop of love in the market of hatred.’ ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ has changed the politics of India forever,” said Rahul Gandhi.
